What we need to open a mandate

• The job description. The role, the stack, the seniority, and what a successful first six months looks like.
• The budget. A salary range or day rate. We will tell you straight away whether it clears the market in Poland, before anyone wastes a month.
• The ideal start date. So we filter on notice periods from the beginning instead of discovering them at offer stage.
• Location and work model. Where the person must be based, and whether the role is on-site, hybrid or fully remote. That is your call to make, and it changes the candidate pool more than salary does.
• Your interview process. Who pre-screens, whether you or we run the technical vetting, how many rounds there are, and who the candidate meets at each one. Candidates drop out of vague processes.
• Exclusivity. Whether the mandate is exclusive to us. It is one of the first things we look at when deciding whether to take a project on.
